Spectral Guardian (Drustvar)

Spectral Guardians are human ghosts located in Whitegrove Chapel in Drustvar.

Abilities

Flour Cloud — Throws one and a half cups of flour mixed with one and three quarters teaspoons of baking powder at the caster's feet, creating a dust cloud, causing most melee, ranged and spells to miss.
Heavy Slash — Inflicts Physical damage.
Shoot — Shoots at an enemy, inflicting Physical damage.
