Spectral Bound Chest

Spectral Bound Chests are found in Torghast, Tower of the Damned. Find three Spectral Keys elsewhere on the same floor to open it for an anima cache.
A chest is also located at [62.0, 55.5] in the Path of Understanding in Korthia. Find three Spectral Keys in and around the southeastern part of the mainland to open it for ~3-5x 
[Relic Fragment], 8-10x uncommon-quality anima items (40-50 anima), and roughly 50 
[Stygia].
Korthia tracking quests
To check whether the Korthia keys or chest have been looted, copy and paste this command into the chat window:
/run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(<id>))
If a "true" appears in the chat window, the Korthia keys or chest have been looted; "false" indicates the opposite.
