Spearcrafter Otembe is a forest troll master blacksmith in Tor'Watha in Eversong Woods. He is rumored to wield a hammer that is so light and imbued with magical properties that it allows him to strike with amazing dexterity and efficiency.
Otembe has a very high uncommon drop rate while not being a rare spawn and can be easily farmed by low level blood elves seeking to get some silver or to level up enchanting.
