The Spawn of Sethe is found at [68.8, 48.9] in the southeastern end of Sethekk Hollow in southeastern Spires of Arak. Four Sethekk Serpent Tenders are channeling a beam at a Corrupted Egg. Aggroing the fourth tender will release Sangrikass, Spawn of Sethe, from the egg. Kill it for ... and some

Tracking quest
To check whether Sangrikass has been looted, copy and paste this command into the chat window:
/run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(36276))
If a "true" appears in the chat window, Sangrikass has been looted; "false" indicates the opposite.
