Soothing Rains is a Tier 6 talent in the Shaman's Restoration tree. It increases the healing done by [Healing Rain] and [Healing Stream Totem].

Notes

While this talent is generally considered mandatory for raiding, this is mainly due to the bonus to Healing Rain. Since that spell isn't learned until level 83, the value of this talent is greatly diminished at lower levels.
