Soggy Clump of Darkmoon Cards are found from fishing in the waters on and around the Dragon Isles. Additionally, they rarely drop from Lunkers, including the Astray Splasher, Gigantic Thresher, Gigantic Lava Thresher, and Massive Thresher, and are contained in The Great Swog's 
[Regurgitated Sac of Swog Treasures], the 
[Weighted Sac of Swog Treasures], and the 
[Immaculate Sac of Swog Treasures], as well as Tuskarr Tacklebox.
It contains any Air, Earth, Fire, or Frost card, from Ace to Eight.
