[Cartel So Shipping Manifest], which is the objective of 
[60] Things Best Kept Dark, part of the quest chain to unlock Tazavesh, the Veiled Market.
Abilities
Miasma — So'danah continually channels Arcane energies that fire out, inflicting Arcane damage to all enemies within 5 yards of their impact.
Peal of Thunder — So'danah slams his mace down, sending forth a blast of energies that inflicts Arcane damage to any players in its path.
