Snap was a hawkstrider mount of Sylvanas Windrunner before the Great Wars. It is red colored and has long, taloned legs. She received and named it when she was young, no longer fit to ride with her father Verath Windrunner on Parley. She loved it and used it to ride with her family, race her sisters, or simply to travel through Quel'Thalas, as she did when she went to a party where Lirath Windrunner was to perform for Kael'thas Sunstrider at Saltheril's Haven.[1]
Its status afterward is unknown.
