Smoot is a goblin running at high speeds around Bilgewater Harbor in Azshara. Fleep tasked him with inventing an 
[Induction Samophlange], but he subsequently went drunk with power and now runs around town with his samophlange held high while proclaiming how much he loves it. Adventurers need to tackle him unconscious and steal the samophlange from him for the quest 
[30-35] Smoot's Samophlange.
Smoot runs around the western half of the island by the vendors. The best way to find Smoot is to type /target Smoot and fly around. Alternatively, one can stand in front of the inn[56.7, 49.6] where the class trainers are dueling one another, since he will eventually run past it.
