Smite's Reaver drops from Admiral Ripsnarl in the Deadmines.
On Timewalking difficulty, it drops from Mr. Smite.
Notes
- It was one of the weapon that Mr. Smite uses during his fight.
- The axe is now mounted in Sentinel Hill's tower, after the weapon was offered by the champions of the Alliance.[1]

Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Level squished. 
Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Item level squished. 
Patch 7.3.5 (2018-01-16): Normal version now also grants Haste. 
Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14): Stats squished. Hit and Expertise replaced with Crit and Haste respectively. 
Patch 4.0.3a (2010-11-23):
- Item level reduced to 20 (was 22).
- Now drops from Admiral Ripsnarl instead of Mr. Smite. Heroic version added.
Patch 2.3.0 (2007-11-13): Now rare quality (was uncommon). Spirit replaced with Hit Rating.
