The Small Ammo Pouch is a starting item for hunters that start with guns.
It can also be purchased for 4 from 
Mazk Snipeshot in Stranglethorn Vale or from 
Burkrum in Ashenvale.
Notes
Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): No longer obtainable. Converted to a 6-slot bag. 
Patch 3.1.0 (2009-04-14): All quivers and ammo pouches no longer provide haste.
