Sleep was a mage spell during the development of World of Warcraft. It was a long-duration crowd control spell that put a target to sleep.

Notes
- The priest class's section on The World of Warcraft Townhall included a Sleep spell with the same icon until April or June 2004. Its description read: "Through training, Priests become masters of manipulating the mind. They are able to lull a creature or person to sleep, rendering them completely immobile -- as long as the target is not disturbed from its slumber."
