Skyreach Arcanologist is a high arakkoa located in the Grand Spire in Skyreach.
Abilities
Solar Detonation — The caster selects one target and affects them with a dormant burst of Solar energy that will detonate after 6 sec.
Solar Storm — The caster summons an orb of Solar energy and lobs it at their enemies. When the orb lands it launches into the sky and explodes into a shower of Solar shards that inflict Fire damage to all enemies in the area.
