Skyguard Handler Deesak is a human quest giver located at Blackwind Landing in Terokkar Forest. Upon achieving honored reputation with the Sha'tari Skyguard, he serves as a free-of-charge flight path between Blackwind Landing and Skyguard Outpost in the Blade's Edge Mountains, just outside Ogri'la. His counterpart in Blade's Edge is Skyguard Handler Irena.
