Skaggit is a goblin assistant of Monte Gazlowe. Senior Peon II is his assistant. He helps to coordinate Frostwall's development and stays in its Town Hall after it is fully constructed.
Years later, Skaggit, having joined Gazlowe's Greasemonkeys, traveled to Dazar'alor and was seen at the Port of Zandalar with his teammates, with whom he participates in Island Expeditions and can be encountered by the Alliance.
Later, at the Great Seal, Skaggit and Gazlowe spoke about the adventurer and the legend of Mechagon Island with the clues being in Tiragarde Sound on Kul Tiras, but to Skaggit it sounded risky.[1] As such, the operation was to be conducted by a skeleton crew, and the rest of the Greasemonkeys were to get the day off, which Skaggit went to fulfill.[2]
Skaggit accompanied Gazlowe into the Abandoned Junkheap and entered the Forgotten Vault where the goblins found several Archaeo-Tinkologists. They captured one, while Skaggit said to ice the rest of them.[3] Then, the adventurer, Skaggit, and the other Greasemonkeys repaired the vault's machinery. Skaggit also authorized hazard pay when he saw a dead dwarf.[4] The goblins then activated it, and summoned a hologram of King Mechagon and coordinates to Mechagon Island. However, the hologram deemed them unworthy and started vaporizing them. Gazlowe quickly sent Skaggit to shut the machine down, but then Gazlowe quickly grabbed the gnome and showed it to the hologram. After scanning, the attacks stopped.[5] Skaggit was then told to pay up the families of the dead goblins and went with Gazlowe back to Zuldazar harbor to prepare an expedition to Mechagon, which he promised his boss to handle.[6]
As such, he asked the adventurer to gather supplies and crew, and then went to the Greasy Eel in the port to load the supplies.[7] After everything was prepared, Skaggit and the Greasemonkeys traveled to Mechagon.[8] Approaching Prospectus Bay, Skaggit handed the adventurer a jetpack, while his crew when to establish a shop on the beach.[9]
