They also appear at the Dead Scar near the East Sanctum of Eversong Woods during [50-70] The Day Hope Died.
Ultimately, they appear at the Sunwell during [50-70] The Fall of the Sunwell.
Abilities
Heavy Slash — Inflicts Physical damage.
Heroic Throw — Throw your weapon at the enemy, causing Physical damage.
Shield Slam — Inflicts Physical damage to an enemy.
