Silithid Creepers are silithid were found in the southern part of the Barrens. These silithid are very aggressive, but not all that strong.
They had a special ability; they could lay a level 20-21 Silithid Creeper Egg which hatched into a level 20-21 Silithid Grub.

Notes
Curiously, although Silithid Creepers are silithid, they were in the scorpid pet family.
