Shredding Attacks is a talent in the Feral tree, you will need to spend 17 points in Feral to max it.

Notes

Very critical talent for a raiding or PVP Cat druid, as this dramatically decreases the amount of Energy [Shred] uses. This can be passed for Bear druids who will spend little time DPSing, but still probably recommended if you will spend any significant time in Cat Form.
