Shizgher is a spriggan located in the Mistveil Tangle in Ardenweald who's attempting to break a Shimmermist Runner's will.
Killing Shizgher and then clicking on the Runner will grant the 
[Shimmermist Runner] mount. See Shimmermist Runner#Source for how to reach them.
Abilities
- Idle
Weaken Will — Stuns an enemy, rendering it unable to move or attack for 5 sec.
- Shizgher repeatedly channels this ability on the Shimmermist Runner.
- Combat
Pantsed! — Pulls down the targets pants, decreasing movement speed by 30% and increasing damage taken by 10% for 30 sec. This aura is removed upon leaving combat.
Shrink — Shrinks the target, reducing damage dealt by 15% for 12 sec.
Swift Slash — Inflicts Physical damage to an enemy every 1 sec for 6 sec.
