The Shimmerscale Eel is an eel located in the Abyssal Pool in Nazjatar. It will appear once the Eel Infested Waters has had sufficient amounts of 
[Chum] applied.
Abilities
Electrify — Stuns all enemies within 6 yards, rendering them unable to move or attack for 1 sec. Inflicts Nature damage to all enemies within 6 yards.
Voltaic Bite — Inflicts Nature damage to an enemy every 2 sec for 8 sec.
