Shallow's End[46, 45] is a small area overlooking the Lightless Reaches in Kelp'thar Forest. It's here that Erunak Stonespeaker, Rendel Firetongue, and Moanah Stormhoof of the Earthen Ring save the adventurer from being dragged away by a naga.
While Erunak Stonespeaker tries to come up with a place to for shelter from the naga, Morah Stormhoof tries to get the adventurer more reliable transportation under the waters.
