- Now reduces Energy costs by 10% (was 15%).
- Moved to row 7 (was row 2).
Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Now a row 2 Subtlety talent (was a level 25 Subtlety talent). Now reduces Energy costs by 15% (was 20%).
Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Now available at level 25 (was 30).
Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): No longer available to Assassination. Now reduces Energy costs by 20% (was 75%).
Patch 7.1.5 (2017-01-10):
