Patch changes

Patch 11.0.2 (2024-08-13): Now decreases damage taken by 10% (was 15%) per stack in PvP combat.
Patch 11.0.0 (2024-07-23): Now a row 8 class talent (was a level 44 PvP talent). Duration increased to 18 sec (was 12 sec) and now stacks up to 2 times. Icon updated from
Patch 10.1.0 (2023-05-02): Now available to all specializations (was Elemental and Enhancement only).
Patch 9.1.0 (2021-06-29): Re-added as a PvP talent for Elemental and Enhancement (was an Enhancement talent). Resistance now fixed at 15% (previously scaled with level) and duration increased to 12 seconds (was 10). No longer affects [Grounding Totem].
Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Removed.
