Scout Harefoot is a Highmountain tauren vignette found on the summit of the Heymanhoof Slope in Highmountain. Responsible for watching over the valley below and warning the village of Skyhorn of impending attacks, Harefoot was injured during a Vilewing harpy attack which also caused the death of his wife. Players can speak to him to help defend him and his infant son from two more waves, consisting of three Vilewing Ambushers each, before facing off against the harpy leader, Mynta Talonscreech, who drops the 
[Harefoot Pinnacle Wrap].
Quotes
When spoken to:
- I watch over the valley and keep track of harpy activity... but they knew. They attacked here first so I would not see their main attack and warn the village. My wife and I lived peacefully on this summit, but they injured me and took her life. I fear they will strike again for my son and I will not be able to protect him.
I think I hear them coming!- Please, defeat them! I'll protect my son!
Harefoot then runs into the building behind him and kneels next to his son. After completing the vignette, he comes back out and returns to his old position. When spoken to again, he says the following:
- Thank you for saving my son. I am forever indebted to you.

To check whether Harefoot has been assisted, copy and paste this command into the chat window:

If a "true" appears in the chat window, Harefoot has been assisted; "false" indicates the opposite.
Notes
- Haili Harefoot may have been intended to be the dead wife lying next to him.
