Scarlet Wizards are humans of the Scarlet Crusade found inside the Cathedral wing of the Scarlet Monastery.
Abilities
Arcane Explosion — Sends out a blast wave of magic, inflicting Arcane damage to nearby enemies.
Fire Shield — Surrounds an ally with a shield of flame that inflicts Fire damage to nearby enemies every 3 sec. Lasts 15 sec.
