The Scarlet Onslaught Prisoner is a human held captive inside a cage by the Forsaken apothecaries at Venomspite in the Dragonblight. He is involved in the quest 
[15-30] Blighted Last Rites. His apparent immunity to the New Plague forces Apothecary Vicky Levine to find an alternative way to prevent the Scarlet Onslaught corpses from being raised by their priests or by the Scourge.
