The Scarlet Executioner is a rare human found in the Western Plaguelands. The executioner is now one of the rare surviving Scarlet Crusade members in the area. He is surrounded by bodies of gnolls.
Abilities
Cleave — Inflicts 110% of weapon damage to an enemy and its nearest allies, affecting up to 3 targets.
Enrage — Enrages, increasing physical damage and attack speed for 2 min.
Mortal Strike — Inflicts 200% weapon damage and leaves the target wounded, reducing the effectiveness of any healing by 25% for 5 sec.
