Scarlet Evokers are humans of the Scarlet Crusade that can be found inside the Footman's Armory of the Scarlet Halls.
They were also encountered in the Scarlet Monastery when it was attacked by the Ebon Blade in order to raise Sally Whitemane during the Burning Legion's third invasion.
Abilities
Cauterize the Wound — Removes a bleed effect form the target by cauterizing the wound closed. The target receives Fire Damage in the process.
Fiery Purge — Burns magic off of the target, removing 1 harmful spell from an ally and dealing 5 fire damage to them.
Fireball — Inflicts Fire damage to an enemy.
Flamestrike — Calls down a pillar of flame, burning all enemies in a selected area and inflicting additional damage every 2 sec. for 8 sec.
Scarlet Monastery of Old only:
Fire Shield III — Surrounds an ally with a shield of flame that inflicts 34 Fire damage to nearby enemies every 3 sec. Lasts 30 sec.
