Sargerei Felbinders are draenei located at the Temple of Sha'naar in Tanaan Jungle. They have forsaken the rest of the draenei people in exchange for demonic powers. Now part of the Sargerei, they inhabit the once sacred draenei temple of Sha'naar, where they carry out Gul'dan's bidding by torturing and subjugating the souls trapped within.
Abilities

Dark Binding 30 yd range — Binds a target with shadow magic, reducing movement speed by 50% and inflicting Shadow damage every 1 sec. for 6 sec. Channeled.
