Sar'this is an arakkoa found at Lake Jorune in Terokkar Forest. He is found here with the Evoker of Sar'this, the Disciple of Sar'this, as well as several Minions of Sar'this. It seems that he has a pact with Illidari Lord Balthas where he gave him his blood, but still seems to owe him a favor. Maybe due to this, he's called a heretic.[1]

During the quest 
[25-30] The Soul Cannon of Reth'hedron, the character talks to Sar'this and gets its help to obtain the 
[Flawless Arcane Essence].

- Sar'this says: So my blood was not a sufficient payment, eh? Fine, let us recover your arcane essence. After this, I owe Balthas nothing.
- Sar'this places a fetish at the ritual pile.
- Sar'this says: The process is arduous. We must first summon forth acolytes of the elements. you must then destroy these acolytes so that my minions can make preparations.
Sar'this walks around the edge of Lake Jorune to cardinal compass points. At each stop, an elemental is summoned.
At this station, an Air elemental is summoned. You slay it.
- Sar'this says: Well done! Let's continue.
- Sar'this says: Prepare yourself! The acolyte of water is soon to come...
A water elemental is summoned. You slay it.
- Sar'this says: Well done! Let's continue.
Sar'this continues on around the lake.
- Sar'this says: Come forth, acolyte of earth!
An earth elemental is summoned. You slay this as well.
- Sar'this says: Well done! Let's continue.
Sar'this continues around the lake.
- Sar'this says: Fire, show yourself!
A fire elemental is summoned. Again, you slay it.
- Sar'this says: Well done! Let's continue.
Again, Sar'this moves on.
- Sar'this says: Now we call forth the the arcane acolyte.
Flawless Arcane Elemental is summoned.
- Flawless Arcane Elemental says: I require your life essence to maintain my existence in this realm.
- Sar'this says: It is yours my lord!
You slay the elemental and retrieve the [Flawless Arcane Essence].
