Sandfury Blood Drinkers are sand trolls found within their capital Zul'Farrak as well as in Tanaris. They use blood magic.
They assisted Hydromancer Kulratha and tried to protect Kai'ju Gahz'rilla during the Elemental Unrest.
Abilities
Blood Leech — Drains 200 health from nearby enemies, healing the caster for up to three times the amount stolen.

- An unused ID suggests they would be present during the Legion Invasions of Tanaris.
