Salty El is a gnome with the Anglers located throughout Pandaria. Her location changes daily with the location of special fishing pools noted by Ben of the Booming Voice. She wields the 
[Arcanite Fishing Pole] and appears to be wearing 
[Nat's Hat].
Trivia
- Salty El is named after El, the creator of El's Extreme Anglin'. Her title is Salty, which is awarded when you complete the achievement
[Accomplished Angler], one of the major things that El's website helps with (and naturally, a title that El would have).
