Salt-Flop is a murloc quest giver located on the cliff above the southern edge of the Shattershore of the Blasted Lands. He is a member of the Rockpool tribe. He ran away with several tadpoles when the Rockpool murlocs were attacked by Bloodwash naga. He asks those passing by to check on the murlocs that did not escape.
He has the 
[Amulet of Sevine] in his possession, for reasons unknown. He does not appear to have a great attachment to it, as he has no qualms with giving it to a stranger passing by.
It is unknown what happened with him when Thrall and the Horde made a camp from his location.
