Sai'kkal the Elder is an arakkoa priest found at the Vortex Pinnacle in the Blade's Edge Mountains. Together with the Ancient Raven-Priest, they are part of a cult that worships the raven god Anzu.
During the quest 
[70] The Book of the Raven, the character seeks Sai'kkal out to find out more about the Book of the Raven. He can only be seen while sight is augmented through the use of the 
[Seer's Stone].
