Orgrimmar
Talk to Zamja in Borstan's Firepit in Orgrimmar, then defeat Gru'ark to get the Rune.
Stormwind City
Talk to Liv Bradford in the Park in Stormwind City, then defeat Stuart to get the Rune.
Thunder Bluff
Talk to Netali Proudwind on the Spirit Rise in Thunder Bluff, then defeat Mooart to get the Rune.
Tirisfal Glades
Talk to Penny Hawkins in the Gallow's End Tavern in Brill, then defeat Blueheart to get the Rune.
Teldrassil
Talk to Innkeeper Keldamyr in Dolanaar in Teldrassil, then defeat Syllart to get the Rune.
