Ruby Blossoms are flowers found in the Ruby Enclave in Valdrakken. Scalecommander Cindrethresh uses them to make fireworks for Emberthal's Visage Day. They are also looted from 
[Basket of Draconic Flowers] and have a hidden use effect, altering the visuals of the user for five minutes:
