Roo is a gnome found at a small, hidden camp at the waterfalls northeast of Stormwind City along with Turp and their two corgis, Tof and Nom. According to Turp, he and Roo used to be adventurers, fighting from Stormwind to Pandaria and even Outland, but they have recently decided to settle down in a quiet place far from battle.
