Hotfix (2024-05-01): Now has a 50% chance to trigger (was 30%).
Hotfix (2024-04-29): Can now trigger from [Overload] versions of [Lightning Bolt] and [Chain Lightning].
Hotfix (2024-04-11): Now correctly restores 2% of the Shaman's total mana per [Lightning Shield] charge released.
