Rizzle Brassbolts is a gnome quest giver found on the Fizzle and Pozzik's Speedbarge in the Thousand Needles. Prior to being on the barge, Rizzle and his brothers were located at the Mirage Raceway working for the gnomish crew to defeat the goblins in the races held there.
During the Annual Fizzle and Pozzik's Speedbarge Boat Race, Rizzle was the pilot of the Annihilator.[1]
