The Ritual Focus is a crystal summoned by Meryl Felstorm at the Altar of End Times on Faronaar in Azsuna during the third stage of 
[10-45] The Mage Hunter. The mage player channels on the focus during the fourth stage of the quest, gradually building up power until they attract the attention of Balaadur.
