Ring of Duplicity is a quest reward from 
[60] Ring of Self-Reflection, part of the Chains of Domination campaign in Korthia. The toy does exactly what it says it does - it summons a ghostly mirror image of the player that reacts to emotes and such while standing still for two minutes.
