This troll tablet must be the "secret" that Rin'ji was talking about.
Covered with strange markings, you can not decipher what the tablet says.
Notes
The "secret" is not located on the Cliffs, but on a small island to the east (86,59). Also, during the escape, you will get ambushed twice by three Highvale Outrunners, so be sure to bring some health potions and keep your AoE abilities handy if you have any. First ambush is down the entrance of the lodge (so be sure to clear the immediate area as they tend to flee), the second near the road.

- Rin'ji says: Rin'ji will tell you secret now... <Name> should go to the Overlook Cliffs. Rin'ji hid something on island there.
- Rin'ji says: You find it, you keep it! Don't tell no one that Rin'ji talked to you!
