Rik'kal the Dissector is a mantid located at Klaxxi'vess. His name comes from his talent of using his knowledge of physiology to better kill his enemies. Rik'kal's character seems to be based on the "mad scientist" archetype.
Background
Rik'kal the Dissector is a Klaxxi paragon found in the Dread Wastes.
Some time later after he was awakened by the 
[Wakener], he joined Garrosh, who obtained the heart of Y'Shaarj, in the Underhold.
