Restoration Deathwalker is a death elemental flying mount rewarded from 
[Shadowlands Keystone Master: Season Four].
Mount journal
With the death of the Jailer and the ascension of a new Arbiter, the Shadowlands is returning to its great Purpose. Some deathwalkers recognize the role that mortal heroes have played, and are willing to serve as mounts.
Notes
When first added to the PTR, it was a blue elemental with silver armor. In response to feedback that it looked too similar to Season 2's 
[Soultwisted Deathwalker], it was changed to a purple elemental with gold armor.[1]
