Resilience of the Hunter is a conduit for hunters. It drops from Oryphrion in the Spires of Ascension and Sylvanas Windrunner in the Sanctum of Domination.
It can also drop from various Shadowlands rare spawns, world quests, and Covenant Callings, scaling to your item level.
