Research Interns can be found in and around the Secret Lab of Azshara, where something appears to have gone horribly wrong.
Although one or two are just standing around on the way from the Southern Rocketway Terminus, once one gets to the Secret Lab proper, numerous Research Interns can be found running around en flambé.
