Released Highborne Spirits are Highborne ghosts that spawn upon killing Anguished or Suffering Highborne at Lake Kel'theril in Winterspring. They only appear for a brief moment before transforming into wisps and flying off.

Notes
- It's interesting to note that the spirits can spawn as either male or female, even when slaying Anguished Highborne (who have the appearance of banshees).
