Realm First! Nefarian is a Feat of Strength for being the first guild group on the realm to defeat Nefarian in the Blackwing Descent. It can be completed on 10- or 25-player mode.
Like other realm firsts, there will be a server-wide notification when this achievement is completed. However, it is awarded as a guild, rather than individual, achievement.
