Ratcipe: Charitable Cheddar is obtained by combining 30x 
[Ripped Recipe Scrap] from the 
[Recipe Rat] acquired in Zaralek Cavern and teaches Dragon Isles Cooks how to cook 
[Charitable Cheddar].
Players with Dragon Isles Cooking skill of at least 50 can interact with the Squeaking Swiss at [52.4, 26.8] inside a crate in the Obsidian Rest of northern Zaralek Cavern, not far from Koshlahki, the cooking supplies vendor of camp to pick up the rat. With some 
[Fine Aged Cheddar] available, use the item on cooldown to pick up 2-7 scraps.
