Rallying Cry is a warrior class talent that grants all nearby party and raid members 15% increased maximum health for 10 seconds.

Patch changes

  • Dragonflight Patch 10.2.0 (2023-11-07): Now increases current and maximum health by 10% (was 15%).
  • Dragonflight Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Now a row 2 class talent (was baseline at level 46).
  • Shadowlands Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Level squished to 46 (was 80).
  • Battle for Azeroth Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): [Commanding Shout] renamed to Rallying Cry.
  • Legion Hotfix (2016-09-01): Commanding Shout should no longer grant more than the intended bonus when combined with other effects that increase health.
  • Legion Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): Redesigned: Now increases Health by 15% for 10 seconds.
    Old: Increases Stamina by 10% for 1 hour.
  • Warlords of Draenor Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14): No longer generates Rage, has no cooldown, and lasts 1 hour.
  • Mists of Pandaria Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Increases Stamina by 10% instead of a flat value scaling with level. Duration increased from 2 to 5 minutes.
  • Cataclysm Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): Now increases total stamina instead of health. Generates 20 Rage instead of costing 10 Rage.
  • Wrath-Logo-Small.png Patch 3.2.0 (2009-08-04): Radius increased to 30 yards.
  • Bc icon.gif Patch 2.1.0 (2007-05-22): This ability now increases your max health, but keeps your percentage health constant.
  • Bc icon.gif Patch 2.0.1 (2006-12-05): Added.
